The blown triple pump. There is no signs say that why it went bang, but this proberly counted for the low oil pressure before starting!!!

The five handrails removed late last year are finally being repainted before being refitted to the locomotive. Which will make my life easier to get in and out of the locomotive! As can be seen the

The cab floor all welded up and very well done by our contract welder Johnny Zulu. My thanks to Mick Hooper and Johnny for doing an excellent job. All I need to do is  clean and paint the area.

Today (14th March) the triple pump was returned to the loco after overhaul and is in a lovely blue colour!!!

D5401 on a passenger train!!! This was due to failure of the 08 shunter and flat batteries on 31298. This was the only working diesel.
