New paint!!! The loco is now undergoing its repaint into triple railfreight grey with the red diamond sector transfer

Sitting in Platform 3 with a repaired boiler roof and new paint, the loco was run up on the 29th Sept 07 to check various systems over in readiness for the diesel gala in 3 weeks

The boiler compartment roof was removed on the 18th April for long over due repairs and this is the view once removed. This would be a very good time to clean and paint the areas that are not accessable once the roof is replaced
